Weekend with the Etruscan necropolis of Tarquinia and Cerveteri Unesco resumes the cycle of free tastings of typical products of the land of the Etruscans

After a short break Having regard to the appreciation of the visitors, it starts with the weekend dedicated to free tastings. At the restaurants of the necropolis of Cerveteri and Tarquinia, Unesco world heritage, the weekend of 19 and 20 February will be devoted to red wines & agrave Etruscans.

The "Vitis vinifera", ancestor of the lives of our days, growing spontaneously in the territory of Etruria from time immemorial, but the cultivation of grapes for wine production was introduced just by the Etruscans.

Split Scenes and Etruscan life about wine can be seen through the beautiful frescos of the painted tombs of Tarquinia.

The initiative aims to promote art and Etruscan culture by tasting & agrave typicality of a land that, in the flow the millennia, has never lost its vocation in the excellent food and wine production.
