Goodbye Annie Girandot, French icon of the 60 Generation XXX

Annie Girandot l'attrice francese è scomparsa a Parigi  all'età di 79 anni.
E' stata una figura emblematic of the French cinema of the past fifty years. The actress was the wife of famous actor of the '60s Renato Salvatori (Poor but beautiful, the usual unknown) died in the late 80's.
Annie, great star of the '60s and '70s, the actress made famous by Rocco and His Brothers by Luchino Visconti in 1960, remained for a period away from the scene before returning to the limelight, winning the César of the best Supporting Actress in 1996 for Claude Lelouch's Les Miserables and in 2002 for Michael Haneke's The Piano.
Born October 25, 1931 in Paris, Annie Girardot has shot more than 110 feature films between 1955 and 2007. Ha combattuto per diversi anni contro l'Alzhaimer, una malattia di cui hanno sofferto molto i familiari, e proprio loro vorrebbero che il pubblico non la ricordassero da malata, ma da star quando innalzò commossa il César nel 1996.
